Although similar to the Philodendron Brasil with strokes of lime green and dark green, the Silver Stripe also has an additional stroke of silver, usually in between the lime green and dark green. It is an incredibly forgiving plant and great for anyone who wants to enjoy the natural beauty of plants without a lot of maintenance.

Philodendron Basic Care: Easy to Medium

• Water: Can only go 1-2 weeks without water so check on it weekly and add water every time the top two inches of soil dry out.
• Light: Thrives in medium to bright indirect light. Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent foliage scorching.
• Soil/Drainage: This plant benefits from a chunky tropical houseplant mix. Adding orchid bark or perlite can improve drainage.
• Temperature/Humidity: Prefers higher humidity but can adapt to average household humidity and temperatures.
