Hoya macrophylla (Wax Plant)
Hoya macrophylla
Hoya macrophylla has long twining vines displaying waxy green elliptic leaves with significant veining and white margins that flush pink during stress conditions. Occasional large clusters of night fragrant, waxy white. almost pale pink star flowers appear. Plants rebloom multiple times on same stem spur so do not remove.
Once a Hoya starts to put on flower buds do not disturb it, and after it has bloomed don't remove the spent flowers. Allow the dead flowers to fall off on their own. This interesting plant doesn't like to be repotted unless it's absolutely necessary.
Hoya Basic Care: Medium
